1.) Human Resources Manager

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

2.)  Production Technologist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Production Optimization and daily well surveillance/monitoring.
  • Daily well surveillance and hydrocarbon accounting • Well test review and validation.
  • Design for gas lift start-up and continuous monitoring of gas lift operations in conjunction with RE.
  • Monitoring water injection programme and voidage replacement ratio in conjunction with RE.
  • Building and managing Prosper/Pipesim well models.
  • Interfacing with Finance and Crude Lifting for crude export scheduling.
  • Process downtime analysis and production deferment tracking.
  • Skilled in OFM software for well surveillance and monitoring as well as production analysis
  • Co-ordinate the Maximum Efficient Rate (MER) testing of all producer wells and request for technical allowable from regulators. Look out areas for improvement on existing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance on MER tests.
  • Daily well by well production allocation (back allocation).
  • Management of production database. Requires regular update with accuracy. Some skill level in any programming language will be of great help - Python or Javascript.
  • Regular liaison with field production chemists towards daily chemical injection optimization to ensure maximum oil recovery from process systems.
  • Design of upper completion to ensure optimal outflow performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in the upstream oil industry
  • Well Modeling & Performance (PROSPER, GAP, MBAL, OFM, PIPSIM, etc.).
  • Well Integrity Management and Determining Well Operating Envelope.
  • Planning & Design of Well Intervention Activities.
  • Production System Optimization
  • Water shut off techniques, GSO opportunity identification.
  • HSE considerations in well management and completion operations.
  • Completion Design.

3.) Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the compliance of health, safety and environmental policies by the employees and contract
  • Perform daily inspections of the plant and work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and correct deviations observed immediately.
  • Ensure that employees have proper safety training and are aware of hazards in their work environment.
  • Support the development of OHS policies and programs
  • Planning safe working practices and making necessary changes
  • Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
  • Keeping up to date with developments within the profession
  • Investigating/recording and following up incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health and making recommendations.
  • Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies and safe operational procedures
  • Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely
  • Identifying potential hazards

Requirements

  • A minimum of BSc/HND in a Health, Safety, or Environmental field of study
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience as health and safety officer.
  • HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically
  • Good knowledge of Industrial HSE standards and processes.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

5.) Geoscientist

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Build 3D geological models that are fit for purpose by integrating all available geological, geophysical & engineering data for use in developing robust dynamic models that address reservoir complexity.
  • Carry out Prospects identification/mapping, ranking, de-risking and estimation of probabilistic prospective volumes.
  • Deliver wells and reduce drilling risks by providing well-prognosed geological information, potential drilling hazards, and advisory during any drilling campaign.
  • Drive Quality Well Delivery Process to plan proposed development/appraisal wells and update databases with outcome of drilled wells.
  • Participate in technical meetings, quarterly & yearly work programs, reservoir performance reviews with stakeholders/regulators and prepare statutory reports.
  • Build internal capabilities of employees through knowledge dissemination/sharing.
  • Apply appropriate geophysical techniques such as Quantitative Seismic Interpretation (QSI) to aid in reservoir characterization.
  • Ensure efficient and effective completion of geological activities and works (Subsurface studies, Geophysical surveys, Seismic data acquisition, interpretation and processing) carried out by Contractors.
  • Utilize geostatistical techniques to perform sensitivity and uncertainty analyses for mapping, modelling, and reserves estimation.
  • Compliance with HSSE regulations within the office space and safety awareness.
  • Carry out other operational duties as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree(s) in Geoscience (Geology or Geophysics)
  • 5 to 7 years of experiences
  • Expert Petrel user in Geo-modelling & Seismic Interpretation
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, communication, reporting & presentation skills
  • Good knowledge in FDP, Exploration, and drilling operations
  • Cross discipline knowledge & understanding in reservoir characterization
  • Regulatory awareness.
