We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Shift Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Uncle Stan’s Foods is a major relieve for the restaurant.
  • He/She is expected to work closely with the restaurant manager in overseeing the branch he/she is deployed to while working alongside staff in their respective shifts.

Other duties may include but not limited:


  • Maintain a fully stocked and order food supplies as needed.
  • Manage all restaurant’s orders and ensure early delivery.
  • Ensure to resolve customer's complaint brought to your attention and timely and escalate to the appropriate authority.
  • Carry out other instructions given by the manager.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Customer service to ensure smooth operation.
  • Report to HR department on all development at your branch.
  • Manage daily schedule of staff, employee time off request and as well as their shift.
  • Delegate/assign duties to employee and ensure effective discharge from start to finish
  • Interface closely with the HR department in resolving possible conflict among staff members.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N90,000 Monthly.

2.) Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing strategies to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • This role requires a customer-centric individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the customer service team to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure customers get their orders at the estimated time of delivery.
  • Follow up on customers complaints and provide solutions.
  • Be proactive in solving customers complaints.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant and logistics team to ensure smooth operation.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate product information, promotions, and company updates to customers in a clear and engaging manner.

3.) Restaurant Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an effective and efficient restaurant manager to oversee and further coordinate restaurant activities. The ideal candidate should have managerial skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, excellent communicative skills, problem solving skills amongst other.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
  • Keep accurate records for all inventory.
  • Ensure stock is reordered on time to reduce out of stock.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Reduce incidence of theft, pilfering etc.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling.
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Acute financial management skills.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.

4.) Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking to engage an HR Manager who is responsible for overseeing  functions of the HR Department  such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, staff management.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record keeping of all staff documents, ensuring the policies and guidelines of the company are adhered to by staff.

Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
  • Implementing deduction on staff salary when necessary.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
