We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Officer

Job Locations: Akwa Ibom, Lagos & Osun

Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, you will be a key player in driving the growth and expansion of our client's business. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategy to sell new insurance
  • Creating, Marketing, and Reporting on all initiatives and outcomes within their subunits
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing their inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to three years of post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector
  • Proven experience in business development within the insurance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

2.) Marketer (Laboratory Services)

Job Location: Surulere Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketer for laboratory services, located in Lagos. The Marketer will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote laboratory services and drive customer engagement.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels, to reach and engage potential customers.
  • Craft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase the laboratory's capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential clients to increase referral business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a marketer
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven experience as a marketer in the laboratory services industry or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing techniques and experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of laboratory services and medical terminology is a plus.

3.) Branch Manager

Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our branches. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
  • Providing effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities within the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the insurance or microfinance sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Resides in or willing to relocate to the specified state (Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Warri, Benin).
