1.) Content Creation / Admin Officer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation
  • Knowledge of content regulations peculiar to the legal services industry, and strong content writing skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

N150,000 - N180,000 / month.

2.) Payroll Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Ensures that staff are paid the right amount on time in respect of salaries, incentives, bonuses etc.
  • Other duties include auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions and overtime payments, which must comply with local laws.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate payroll record and employee record.
  • Compute salaries and benefits, deductions and overtime payments.
  • Respond to payroll related employee inquires
  • Preparation of employee pay-slips.


  • B.Sc / HND with 1 - 3 years of proven work experience in a Payroll/HR capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
  • Time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislations, statutory deductions and policies.
  • Strong math skill with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

3.) Network Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding promptly to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Monitor network security and performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
  • Resolve problems reported by end users.

Requirements and Skills

  • OND in Computer Science or any related field (Minimum)
  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in a network and system administrator role
  • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired (Sophos Firewall)
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching (Cisco Switches)
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
