We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Office Administrator / Receptionist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Input and manage data in admin database and system.
  • Generate reports on request as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both in hard copy and electronic format.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures for various events that occur in and out of the organization.
  • Provide excellent support to internal stakeholders.
  • Forward issues arising to the right channel and making sure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed.
  • Coordinate the submission of the weekly workplan of team members
  • Make travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide meeting support by coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assisting with provision of work tools for new hire based on request from the human capital department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Admin Officer or relevant role
  • Experience of Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, Access etc.)
  • Experience of establishing and managing administrative systems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Communication & organizational skills

2.) Power & Utility Lead

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Power & Utility Leadto evaluate, assemble, and maintain electrical systems in equipment. The individualdoes not design electrical systems but will identify potential problems in design and initiate resolution.
  • To be successful,asyou should be able to read electrical system design plans and recommend improvements, as well as calibrate instruments, and diagnose faulty equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus..
  • Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
  • Supervising electricians.
  • Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
  • Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Electrical, Technical, or related degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge in alternative power solutions - Solar and Inverters
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.

3.) Data Analytic & Reporting Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Procurement Data Analytics and Reporting Officer is responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights into procurement processes and performance. This role involves analyzing procurement data, developing reports, and creating dashboards to support strategic decision-making. The Specialist collaborates with procurement teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision capabilities within the procurement function.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Utilize statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from procurement-related datasets.
  • Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of procurement data.
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Work closely with procurement teams, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to support decision-making at various levels within the procurement function.
  • Design and implement reporting systems tailored to the needs of the procurement function.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards to present complex procurement data in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure dashboards align with strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in procurement data management and reporting.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 0 - 5 years of work experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization, with a focus on procurement data.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and key performance indicators
