We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Senior Consultant, Learning And Development
Location: Lagos and Ogun
- Head and manage the learning and development consulting division of the firm and deliver on budget requirements.
- Manage the planning, design and Implementation/delivery of all learning and development requirements for clients.
- Coordinate, motivate and drive team members to deliver efficient services and meet budget responsibilities.
- Source training materials including external training providers when required.
- Develop/Review the department’s training calendar and market courses to ensure delivery.
- Drive special initiatives and collaborations of the department such as the business day.
- Develop/Review and facilitate training materials to meet global best practices.
- Facilitate training session, where necessary and required.
- Contribute to strategic direction and development of the department and firm.
- Drive the e- Learning initiatives of the department and ensure required traction.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Must have consulting background experience
- Minimum of 10 years Experience in consulting firm
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Organization skills
- Professional certificate is an added advantage
- Attention to details.
